  Really don’t go here. They seem to make their prices up on the spot. We had to pay 80€ for 1 pcr while others say it’s only around 25€. Then again we would get our result within 24 hours-48 hours. +72 validness depending on country you’re traveling to. The boy tell us the test is valid from the moment you get the results. So when you do a test on Tuesday and fly back on Thursday it should not be a problem right? Well wrong, because when you arrive at the airport and the test is already expired. It’s old and you can do a new test. When you call them and talk to them on the phone they “don’t understand what the problem is”. Well I’ll tell you. When you come and get a test you want to get your results fast. We had to get them ourselves 3 hours before we left by plane because the boy “forgot to sent” the results. And that you basically pay for an expired test. Which at the airport they let you pay for a new test. By phone they’ll tell you they will look into it and you can sent an email.   Very strange experience today. Searched for MediLagos on Unilabs and called to book an appointment a day before. Came to the place today and was greeted by a boy and girl who told me they did not see my appointment in their system and they made a big fuss about that? Eventually acted like they did me a huge favor by putting me in their system to get tested right on the spot.. seriously.. there was no one there and there's this big sign outside that says WALK IN CENTER.. what is the problem? really didn't feel comfortable and I felt like they gave a lot of attitude. I am a COVID tester myself, I have never experienced a test like this one today. Very painful and not gentle at all. When I asked about a indication for the results the boy told me it would take 4 hours. Again.. seriously? there was absolutely no one there and all these Antigen tests are the same, you need to read the results within 15-30 minutes so why not put it in the computer immediately as well? When leaving the place the boy said something in Portugeese and I'm thinking it wasn't a compliment. Long story short, they were not friendly at all, very bad service. Dont go here. Eventualmente, agiram como se tivessem me feito um grande favor ao me colocar em seu sistema para fazer o teste na hora .. sério .. não havia ninguém lá e havia uma grande placa do lado de fora que dizia WALK IN CENTER .. qual é o problema? realmente não me senti confortável e senti que eles deram muita atitude. Eu também sou um testador de COVID, nunca experimentei um teste como este hoje. Muito doloroso e nada gentil. Quando perguntei sobre a indicação do resultado, o menino me disse que levaria 4 horas. Mais uma vez.. sério? não havia absolutamente ninguém lá e todos esses testes de antígeno são os mesmos, você precisa ler os resultados em 15 a 30 minutos, então por que não colocá-lo no computador imediatamente também? Ao sair do local, o menino disse algo em português e acho que não foi um elogio. Para encurtar a história, eles não eram nada amigáveis, serviço muito ruim. Não vá aqui.
